Balloon Painting
Balloon painting is an old favorite of mine. I love how the kids giggle when I tell them what we are painting with
All you need is some balloons blown up to different sizes (manageable sizes for little hands), paint and paper I love that it looks like tie dye Jada loved bouncing her balloons Another great art filled afternoon
This looks like a blast! We had some fun with balloons last week - we painted ON the balloons (as well a couple activities) - but haven't used the balloons to paint WITH - and I absolutely love that Tie Dyed look you guys got! Maybe we'll be doing this after Henry's birthday party next week with some left over balloons :)
how divine - she does look so happy in her work. Would it work even better if the balloons were filled up a bit with water? Would that give them more squish? Just thinking out loud :-) xxxCate
Shilps I'm sure your daughter would love this activity. As long as you watched her closely so she didn't put the balloons in her mouth. I burst them when we were finished and double baged them so Jada or the dog couldn't find them in the trash.
Oooohhhh, I never would have thought of that! What a fun idea!
Thanks so much for sharing this at For the Kids Friday Link Party! I will be posting the next party tomorrow night. I hope to have you stop by and join us for another week sharing great ideas for our kids!!

My daughter would love to paint with balloons! Thanks for sharing
Hi Andrea,
Do you think a nearly 19 month old toddler can do the balloon painting as I have one and it seems pretty interesting to do. Thanks a lot

Super fun! Might try this tomorrow!
This looks super cute! Did you read a book to go along with this activity?
