Bike/Scooter Painting
It was such a beautiful day here in Nova Scotia yesterday. We took full advantage and tried something new. We have done car and truck painting but wanted to do it again on a much larger scale:)
Jada setting herself up to make some tred marks
It was a bit windy yesterday so the rocks helped hold the paper down
Jada grew tired of this actvity after a while and decided to do boot painting:)

Fairy Sensory Bin
This month we have decided to focus on Fairies and make believe. I had great luck at a thrift store and found a fairy house, mushrooms and hedgehogs. The rest of the things in the bin we already had. It was Jada's idea to add the little dish of Fairy treasures.

Tray Work
Hi everyone!
just stopping by with some new trays:
spooning rice into a funnel
Arranging flowers and leaves
dressing
vintage lacing boards
And counting pompoms. I am cleaning out my kitchen and decided I didn't want or use this magnetic spice tin and holder. I had it at daycare for a few weeks now not knowing what I should do with it until I realized we haven't been doing enough counting activities. Pompoms are nice and quiet as the children drop them into the tin ;)

Lately Jada has a thing for mermaids. I have no idea where she saw or heard about them but everything is mermaid this and mermaid that. So this springs bin is all about her beloved mermaids
Inside: Blue rice, sea shells, rocks, flamingos, palm trees and a hand crafted wood mermaid from This Etsy store. Thanks for looking and I love reading your comments. Please see my sidebar for all the great blogs I link up to:)
